1- High class Service form Hotel staff, I would like to give special thanks to MR Khalil, Miriam, Bin and every person served me with a smile. 2- The wide and unique View of Fountain and burg khalifa behind it. 3- Design of each corner of hotel, walls fabrics and tiling, except some of trash packets which design is similar to kingdom tower, this might be not welcomed by KSA citizen and residents. 4-this charm nature of lobby and The Piano 5-Room service sys is the best. 6-Very helpful in managing your needs whatever it is. 7-We had an event in symphony 1 ballroom. Great equipments, space and service.

1- DSL connection was not that fast..but good 2- standard 2-pins Power outlets was not there, I asked for adapter to switch to 3 pin and charge my labtop... and they brought it to me .. I liked that so much.
